The Chief Learning Officer of Kith & Kin Educational Schools, Chief Kaoli Olusanya gave a lecture to the students and teachers of Kith & Kin International College on the Corona Virus which has gotten viral across the globe killing thousands of people.
The disease which reportedly started in China late December 2019 has now spread to majority part of the world with approximately 81,028 coronavirus cases in china and 81,321 coronavirus from other countries as at Sunday, March 15, 2020.
Kaoli in his lecture explained how the disease could be contacted by droplets of air and highlighted recommendations to prevent the pandemic situation.
He made reference to the 240 billion Naira Aliko Dangote lost in five hours to coronavirus, the high purchase of hand sanitizers and vitamins at stores in the streets of United States. He laid emphasis on the threats facing the world which could lead to global recession if the virus persist.
Using a tabular information on the board during his lecture, Chief Kaoli stressed the effects of the coronavirus on humans health, stock market, national budget, tourism and sports. which he titled ‘Corona Virus: Global Existential Threats.’
