Good things are happening again for the people of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area. As the Chairman Builder Olusesan Daini continues to eclipse expectations and deliver quality governance as he has overtime attracted deep admiration from all and sundry, the small and great alike. To the point where people are hopeful he soars higher in political appointment.

It is a fulfilling third quarter of the year 2023 for Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and its people in view of the recents programmes and project initiated by the Chairman, some of which are the Igbogbo/Baiyeku Food Bank Initiative aimed to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy in the Local Council Development Area, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Educational Aid and Support Progamme which featured 100 free GCE form with free tutorial as preparation for 100 indigents within the Council Area, 3 weeks intensive training on skill acquisition for residents, new School block of five classrooms at Local Government Primary School Oreta and distribution of Educational Materials to no fewer than 12,000 pupils across the 13 primary schools in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA; all within the space of three months.
The recent of it all is the just concluded distribution of Educational Materials to primary school pupils which is aimed to ease educational burdens off parents and equally fulfill electoral promises by providing much-needed support to primary schools in the area.

The initiative also served as a form of palliative measure, ensuring that educational materials were distributed to all pupils even as the executive chairman was present at all 13 schools for the distribution of the educational packs.

The distribution kickstarted three days ago with a total number of 13 schools touched. They include:
1. United African Methodist School (Eleja), Igbogbo.
2. Methodist Primary School, Igbogbo.
3. Ansa-Ud-Deen Primary School l, Igbogbo.
4. Local Government G Primary School, Baiyeku.
5. Salvation Army Primary School, Agunfoye.
6. Local Government Primary School, Igbe.
7. Methodist Primary School 1, Elepe.
8. Methodist Primary School 2, Elepe.
9. Methodist Primary School, Ibeshe.
10. Owode Primary School, Ibelefun.
11. Anglican Primary School, Offin-Ile.
12. Lajo Community Primary School, Ilajo.
13. Local Government Primary School, Oreta.
The recent developments has inspired many individuals to throw their weight behind Builder Daini in support. Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun, a member of the Governor’s Advisory Council and former secretary to the Lagos State Government is one such person, and he has called on residents to do the same, recognizing that Daini is trustworthy in many things, especially in the delivery of initiatives and developments for the benefit of all. Basorun’s call, while coming on the dusk of the completion of the block of 5 classrooms at Local Government Primary School Oreta, is the recent of many that celebrate the good work that Daini’s administration is doing.

“The Igbogbo/Baiyeku Educational Aid and Support Programmme is a basic responsibility of our administration and it is constitutionally right to make sure will do the best to support primary education, with the inclination that the foundation of any country, progress and its development should be laid on primary education.” Daini said.
He further added his administration is dedicated to put it the best to provide good enabling environment for education at Primary school level.
While rounding the up the program, the Executive Chairman expressed his appreciation to God and to his cabinet for their commitment and hard-work.
