Princess Adetutu Banjoko Commissions Renovated Block Of Two Classrooms And A Borehole In Methodist Primary School Igbogbo

Councilor representing Ward C1 in Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area, Princess, has commissioned the newly renovated and furnished school block of two classrooms and a bole hole project in Methodist Primary School Igbogbo, restating her dedication to serve her constituents well.

Prince Adetutu, at the commissioning of the new renovated School, said, the intervention of the project came up after she personally inspected schools within her ward and saw the school had no quality water and a dilapidated block.

“I give God the glory for the success of this project. It took us about two months to complete it. During the fist edition of my ‘back to school’ project we shared 100 uniforms to pupils in Methodist and Ansar-Ud-Deen Primary School. At the second edition, we shared sanitary pards to female pupils and today I’m glad we’re here to commission two projects.

Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, former Commissioner in Lagos State and APC chieftain at the commissioning appreciated Princess Adetutu for initiating the back to school programme from which schools within her constituency has benefited from.

The executive chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA Builder Olusesan Daini commend the councilor on the project, stating that it is worthy of emulation.

Daini at the occasion, promised to also build and furnish an additional block of classrooms for the school with 8 toilets   

The Educational Secretary, Ikorodu Division, Mr Amusa who was ably represented at the occasion by Mrs. Mosunmola Odushe described the councilor as an exceptional woman and leader. “You have done a great job in your Ward and I must really say I am happy to see a woman do well in the community and in politics. I pray God strengthen you and help you excel in your endeavors, thank you for this amazing projects.”
