In an electrifying match, Otugbuwa FC emerged victorious against Bashogun FC with a score of 3-1 in the second match of the Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA 2024 Chairman's Cup, sponsored by Builder Olusesan Daini.
The match saw intense action as Bashogun FC's Omisore Daniel netted a goal at the 67th minute, but it wasn't enough to secure the win.
Otugbuwa FC's Emeka Ogbona kicked off the scoring spree at the 47th minute, followed by goals from Paul Okeagba at the 50th minute and Charles Nweke at the 93rd minute, sealing their victory.
The match also witnessed several cautions, with Bashogun FC's Balogun Lukman receiving a yellow card at the 75th minute, while Otugbuwa FC players Austin Nweke, Eniololobo Oluwafemi, and Adewale Adeniyi were cautioned at the 49th, 56th, and 76th minutes, respectively.
Jersey No. 1 Kimaniola Damilare from Otugbuwa FC was awarded the title of Most Valuable Player for his outstanding performance during the match.
