Earlier today at the Council Secretariat of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, the executive members of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NCYN), Lagos State chapter, paid an official visit to Bldr. Olusesan Daini, the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), where they presented an award of recognition and appreciation for the chairman’s support towards the unity and development of the NYCN.
Engr. Adigun Ibrahim, Chairman NCYN Lagos State, led the delegation, which included the deputy chairman and all other executive members. Engr. Ibrahim expressed his gratitude to Bldr. Daini for his support and commitment to the youth development within the LCDA and in the state. He highlighted the numerous initiatives and support championed by the chairman, which have significantly impacted the lives of young people in the area.
"Your dedication and efforts towards youth empowerment have not gone unnoticed," Engr. Ibrahim said. "We are here to express our sincere appreciation for your continuous support and to encourage you to keep up the excellent work. Your leadership is an inspiration to many of us, and we are grateful for the positive influence you have on the youth in our state."
Bldr. Olusesan Daini, visibly moved by the gesture, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the honor. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the youth and emphasized the importance of their proactive involvement in community development.
"I am deeply honored to receive this award," Bldr. Daini said. "It is a testament to the collaborative efforts and the shared vision we have for our youth. I promise to continue supporting you in every possible way, as I believe in your potential to drive positive change in our society. I urge you to remain proactive, innovative, and dedicated to your journey towards excellence."
The visit concluded on a high note, with both parties reiterating their commitment to fostering youth development. The NCYN executives and Bldr. Daini discussed potential future collaborations and initiatives aimed at further empowering the youth within Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and beyond.
